We work from a systemic, attachment-based lens and are competent in working from a sex-informed lens, recognizing the profound impact of sexuality on mental health and well-being. We integrate principles of sex positivity, consent, and sexual diversity into our practice, understanding that sexual experiences and identities are deeply interconnected with clients’ overall psychological functioning. By creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, we support clients in exploring their sexual concerns, desires, and experiences, recognizing the unique ways in which sexuality intersects with issues such as trauma, identity, and relationship dynamics. Through collaboration and empowerment, we aim to help clients cultivate a healthy relationship with their sexuality, fostering self-acceptance, intimacy, and personal growth.
